Regulator of Social Housing (RSH)

Regulator of Social Housing is a Executive NDPB sponsored by Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Responsible for the regulation of social housing. It sets and regulates against consumer and economic standards to ensure providers are well-managed, viable and provide good-quality homes and services to their tenants. All local authority landlords are registered and the vast majority of housing associations.
