LocatED Property Limited is a Executive NDPB sponsored by Department for Education. LocatED Property Limited (LocatED) has a vital role in supporting the department to meet the Government’s commitment to improving the school estate. LocatED is one of England’s largest purchasers of land, and is responsible for providing the commercial and property market expertise to secure the required sites more quickly, and at better value for the department. LocatED manages sites and schools held by the department and School Trusts, that are not in use, to identify and implement enhanced value.
