The Pensions Ombudsman (PensOmb)

The Pensions Ombudsman is a Tribunal NDPB sponsored by Department for Work and Pensions. The Pensions Ombudsman investigates and determines complaints and disputes concerning occupational and personal pension schemes. The Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman determines complaints and reviewable matters concerning the Pension Protection Fund; and also appeals against it in respect of its decisions as manager of the Financial Assistance Scheme.
